Department of Business and CREIS Seminar (Theodor Vladasel, Universitat Pompeu Fabra)

On December 3, 2025, the Department of Business and the Centre for Research on Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CREIS) at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) organized an academic seminar featuring Professor Theodor Vladasel from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, who presented his research titled "Delegation, Attention Allocation, and Innovation in Entrepreneurial Ventures".

In his presentation, Professor Vladasel examined the relationship between entrepreneurs' delegation of decisions and incremental innovation in German ventures. The discussion explored mechanisms that explain this relationship, such as reallocating attention to critical management tasks, including strategy formulation, understanding the market, and investment decisions.
