Professor of Management at The George Washington University School of Business, where he also served as Chair of the Department of Management and Director of the Master of Human Resources Management Program. Ranked by Web of Science Highly Cited Researchers Reports among the world's 100 most influential researchers in Economics and Business (8 consecutive years since 2018). Former President of the Academy of Management (AOM). Previously held the John F. Mee Chair of Management and was Founding and Managing Director of the Institute for Global Organizational Effectiveness at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
